This thing is the bomb. It's lightweight and compact for travel. It keeps the baby protected from sun exposure. He gets to take his toys with him to suck on while floating around the pool. We took it to a resort in Hawaii and had no less than 10 people ask "where did you get that?" or "do they make those in adult sizes" or "hey honey, check out the baby float coming around the corner", etc.
Our baby is 18 pounds and six months old, 26 inches long.

I love it, we went for a week to the beach and save our life, since we can be in the water all day long without worry about sunburn.

I have twins so it was important that I have something I felt comfortable putting my babies in. I was able to enjoy my days in the pool because of the spring floats. I highly recommend this product. [...]

Very good product! 8-month-old daughter really enjoys it! And the cover allows her to stay in the pool longer than if the sun was beating down on her.

I purchased this on the fly, not expecting to put my 5 month old in the lake too much on our family vacation: however, we tried this float and he loved it. He could lean forward and rest his head on the float facing forward or sit back and kick in the water while lying on his back. The sun canopy is an absolute must for an infant and it worked really well especially for mid-morning or late afternoon swims. We used it for 2 hours every day for one week and it held up well. On the 3rd day we had to blow it up more since it lost a little air as the days went by, but there were no obvious leaks. Even though he is only 5 months old he was able to sit without support and not sink into the water.
