Our son loves this walker! he is 10mo and plays with it all day, he puts all his toys in it, he gets in it for a ride, he loves the sound it makes when pushing it...We tried several other walkers at a toy store, plan toys, haba..etc. this is the one he liked better. I bought this wagon for my nephew's 1st birthday. He was walking cautiously, still not on his own. The minute we put this together and placed him in front of it he took hold and was off! It was just what he needed. He pushed it all over the place and bumped into things. The wagon held up well and he was happy. It is the perfect size for him. He is now 2 years old and still uses the wagon. He puts his toys in the front and sometimes climbs in himself, but mostly he likes to push it around. It's an attractive wagon and we have many pictures of him with it. I think this is one of his favorite toys. It is still looking like new!

We have experienced three of these with our grandchildren, each family having one! They are sturdy wagons that take a real beating. Start with the kids being pushed around in them, then they crawl in and out. Then they learn to stand next to it. Then the big moment, using it as a "walker" taking those first steps while pushing it and screaming with joy at their new-found independence. Then it gets loaded with precious possessions that must be kept at hand! And then it becomes a doll carriage.



And then a baby brother/sister comes along and they get to enjoy carting around the younger sibling and, eventually, teaching them how to use it.



Whel all is finished these don't tend to be thrown away. They are given to friends with first kids and, to our amazement, cleaned up, disassembled and carefully packed away to be saved for the next generation!



Since they do not have a handle to bang around and they do not need to be steered they are perfect for in-home use.



Yeah, this is a review for one just purchased from Amazon (five stars there, too!), but it is also a review of 10+ years experience with the wagons!

My son wasn't walking when he received this wagon at 1 year. He immediately began walking around with it, and was inseparable from it for the next 3-5 months. Now, at 2, he rarely plays with it, and prefers his riding toy instead. But for a critical time there, this was his #1 object in the entire house. Maneuverability was an issue initially, but I think this wagon's lack of steering is a bonus, as it helps children build strength and large motor dexterity. And, after being heavily used, the wagon is still in mint condition. Strongly recommended.

If your child is crawling and starting to pull him/herself up to standing, buy this! The joy of seeing your smiling child walking around is priceless. We got this for our son when he turned one. He loves it! He keeps many of his favorite toys in the wagon and stops to play with them, pulls some out, puts new ones in. He can pull himself up by the handle and the wagon has never tipped up from it. Look at the design closer and you will see the handle is actually forward of the rear axles. We brought it to a wedding and all the 2 to 4 year old toddlers couldn't wait to get their hands on it and run around, which gives us lots of hope for the longevity of the wagon. The Radio Flyer Walker Wagon is a well built toy every kid goes crazy for!

My son received this when he was four. Because of the two front wheels, the scooter does not tip easily. Most scooters for younger kids have two back wheels and one front wheel. This causes the child to tip easily and can be frustrating when first learning how to use it. My two year began to use it soon after we received it also. He learned quickly and now uses it. I also like that it folds for easy storage.

My son received this as a gift for his second birthday and learned to ride it very quickly. The base is wide and very sturdy with the three wheels so I feel comfortable with him riding it. However, he can't get it going very fast, and there is no gliding on it at all. You have to constantly push off with your feet to keep moving. If you push off and stand like the older kids do on their scooters, it will stop almost immediately. Overall, it's fun and safe, but at 3 years old now, he's ready for the next step in scooters.

This scooter is a good purchase for little ones new to using a scooter. Someone had stated about the handle bars not turning too far or too easily, but they are functional and perfect for a beginner/toddler and helps keep accidents at bay. The wide base and double front wheels are also good for this reason and not very likely to tip when used properly. My son even uses this in the house without causing a commotion or damage due to it's controlled ride and non-marring wheels! Goes well in the grass also! This scooter is a winner and a great start before upgrading to the "big kid" scooter.

We've had this wagon for over 5 years and it has been wonderful. It is very sturdy, durable & safe for little ones....and bigger kids too! It has a nice handle for parents to pull that moves up and down to adjust to your height(we're tall so it helps).



The wagon has seat backs that flip up or down depending on how you want to use the wagon. There are two seat backs that flip up, each seat has a locking seat belt and a cup holder. The kids sit knee to knee, face to face, (which caused some problems but nothing unusual)and are very safe. If you put the two seats down the wagon is the typical flat bed to lay in, tote things in, store water baloons,carry Girl Scout Cookies to neighbors, tote bags of Mom's garden supplies, etc. We have used this wagon for every thing you can think of and more! It has been to the beach, the desert, parks, etc. Just rinse it off and it's ready for something new. I like that the handle flips all the way around the wagon to fold up so that it can go in the back of my vehichle easily. I am not sure that we will ever get rid of this wagon!

With a name and reputation like Radio Flyer, you expect great quality.

Did anyone at QA test this product before production?! The front wheels do not turn together, they constantly spin around and turn sideways. This wagon is very hard to pull and very aggravating.

I will not buy another Radio Flyer after owning this one.

I purchased this vehicle for my 4.25 yr old 52lb son hoping he would enjoy it. He has found riding a bike challenging, and I wanted something he could get good exercise while having fun. As a single mom, he and I assembled it together. Assembly was much easier than the Cozy Coup we put together 2 years ago. Assembly went great and he has thoroughly enjoyed it! He can handle the vehicle with confidence and peddles well. It seems very durable and given his size, he will put durability to the test. After researching this product and the original Big Wheel, I opted for the Radio Flyer for quality purposes. It was more expensive and I'm feeling even though we've only had it 2 weeks that it was a great decision. I highly recommend it!

I purchased this Big Flyer for my grandson and it arrived promptly. Also, it was fairly easy to assemble. The quality of the materials was very good and I was impressed that it was very well designed. My grandson is enjoying it immensely!



I chose this over the "Big Wheel"; while it was twice as expensive, the quality makes up for the price (I saw the other one at Target and it was made of very poor quality plastic). Sometimes you do get what you pay for!

I bought this for my extra special son as he was not doing well on a bike. He was comfortable on his tricycle but much too big for it. This is a sporty, very nice looking toy. He can go fast and I do not have to worry about him falling off. It has been so nice to go to the bike trail at the park and actually get to walk and run with him riding along with me. The weight limit is listed at 65lbs. and he is 60lbs. It holds him very well. I have even taken the seat off and played "scooter" with it. It had no problem supporting my adult weight. The flag is a great feature that I really love. It makes riding so much safer. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star, is after about 5 minutes of riding my son keeps saying the seat is hurting his back. We take it off and put it back on several times while riding. Without it on, he is overextending his knees when peddling since he cannot reach the peddles properly. Overall it is a great toy. My son absolutely loves it.
